Returns & Refunds: 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are made to order. If you have an issue please contact us to talk through options. We reserve the right to not accept returns. Refunds are only permitted if an item has not been shipped within 10 weeks of purchase. Hand made items take time. We are not responsible for the item after it has been shipped out.

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. MADE TO ORDER ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS.

Withdrawls (EU)

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With original packaging/tags (if applicable)

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary depending on your bank)
